Total Body Chair Workout



No equipment? No excuses! Grab a chair from the kitchen table and work this series in today for a total body workout! Do each move for a minute and repeat the series 2-3X to work numerous muscle areas! Plus there's still plenty of today left-- go ahead, get it in :)
