Red, White and Blue Overnight Oats



Make ahead oatmeal has to be one of my favorite quick & easy breakfasts!

 I love having something ready to go in the morning, especially on holiday weekends when we have a lot of FUN planned … who wants to spend more time cooking?

Anyway, try this recipe and I hope you love it as much as I do— perfect for a plan ahead breakfast or an anytime snack — and let me know what you think!

Directions:

Assemble in large mouth pint size Mason jars in order:

~1/2 cup blueberries (on bottom)

~1/2 cup strawberries, diced

~1 T chia seeds

~1 1/2 tsp raw honey

~1/2 cup oats

~3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened

Store in refrigerator overnight; if preferred warm, take of lid and microwave to desired temperature.
