Acai bowls are one of my favorites. I knew Acai was super popular but I didn’t know how amazing it was until recently!! I don’t have them often, but when I do it’s a dreamy treat :)

I seriously love learning about all the benefits in the superfood shake that I drink daily :) It can be such a challenge to get enough nutrients during the day so it’s nice to have one thing that I don’t have to worry about fitting in :)
