Here's the recipe.
Put the following in a snack sized zip lock bag:
-1/2 cup oats,
-1/4 cup freeze dried berries (I like blueberries the most)
-1 tsp chia seeds (don't skip this step).
1, When you are in your hotel room use the provided paper cup and pour water into the coffee pot.
- Allow the water to heat up and pour into your paper cup.
- Open baggie and put contents into paper cup.
- You can then add in extra sweetener if you like. You can pack a honey bear or packets of Sweet Leaf Stevia or agave syrup packets.
5. Stir. Allow to sit for a minute so that the chia seeds help to thicken the oatmeal and the freeze dried berries start to swell and soften..... enjoy!
