Strength Training After a Run

Are you a runner? Me too! This morning I knew I only had a short amount of time to get my workout in. A run was definintely part of the plan, but I also wanted to fit in a bit of strength training. So, I ran to the local high school to utilize the bleachers.

Strength training is important for runners for both their injury prevention and performance. On your next run, integrate this strength series to keep your muscles loose and decrease likelihood of injury and increase your performance in training.
