Couch Series Workout



So you've set your goal to be healthier in 2017, BUT tonight your favorite show is on... so that workout can wait, right?
I have a workout for you to beat out that excuse


This series of moves can be done using the couch or your favorite cozy chair. In the average hour of television, 15 minutes is commercials-- so here's the perfect opportunity to USE that time to work your muscles!
