Pina Colada Overnight Oats





Hi everyone! Just wanted to pop in and give you a quick breakfast recipe!

This quick & easy oatmeal bowl is like SUMMER IN A CUP!

I’m serious, it’s just too good. I might be a little obsessed with fresh pineapple right now! It’s a wonderful quick & nutritious breakfast.



Pina Colada Overnight Oats:

1. Layer in jars as listed:

-1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple,

-1T unsweetened coconut

-1 1/2 tsp raw honey

-2 tsp chia seeds

-1/2 cup Oats

2. Then pour over 3/4 cup of unsweetened coconut almond milk.

3. Put on lids, store in fridge.

4. When ready to eat stir and enjoy.

Note: If you choose to heat in microwave for one minute, make sure take off metal lid. :)
