Clean Eating Chicken Fajitas

My Family is ADDICTED to Mexican Food!  We love everything about it the beans, cheese, the grilled veggies, and soft doughy tortillas.  I have never been able to quite replicate those amazing Mexican restaurant Chicken Fajitas in a clean eating way.....until now>>>>>

Here is the recipe for one of the best meals I have ever made.
<<Clean Eating Chicken Fajitas>>
Husband tested and Kid Approved (minus the onions. lol).
Fajitas Ingredients:
~1 Medium onion, cut into slices
~1 Red pepper, cut into slices
~1 Yellow pepper, cut into slices
~1.5 pounds of chicken cut into slices while meat is raw
~Tortilla Land Tortillas (clean eating wheat flour tortillas with only 4 ingredients)
Spices:
~1T Chili Powder
~1 1/2 tsp Cumin
~1/2 tsp paprika
~1/2 tsp salt
~1/2 tsp pepper
~1/4 tsp garlic powder
~1/4 tsp onion powder
~1/4 tsp oregano
~crushed red pepper flakes (optional and to taste)
Garnish:
~Fresh Cilantro and Lime Slices
Instructions:
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Put sliced peppers, onions, and chicken into a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
2.Combine the listed spice ingredients in a small bowl, stir, and then pour on top of the peppers, onions, and chicken.  Stir to coat the seasoning over the chicken and veggies.
3. Put into the oven for 20-25 minutes.  I stirred the mixture once during the cooking process.
4. While this is cooking, take out your Tortilla Land tortillas and warm each side in a pan.  These tortillas have to be cooked before using as they do not have any unnecessary additives or preservatives. Don't let this stop you from trying them because they are absolutely delicious.  I would even say better than the over processed versions at Mexican restaurants.
5.Assemble the chicken and veggie mixture inside of one of the tortillas, top with fresh cilantro (and shredded cheese if you would like), squeeze with a lime, fold the ingredients into the tortilla and enjoy!
It is >>>OMG<<< Amazing!
