Clean Eating Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad

I made this in just a few minutes last night (link to the prep video below!)  and then just put it in a bowl for a delicious lunch today!



 



Here's what I used:



-1 Cup dark leafy greens



-1 Cup blanched broccoli



-1/2 Cup mandarin oranges in juice



-1/2 Cup grilled chicken (marinated in garlic expressions dressing)



-1 Tbs blanched slivered almonds



-1 Tbs garlic expressions dressing
