Weighted Full Body 10 Minute Workout

Today I decided to do a "Weighted full body 10 minute workout"




Select a weight that is challenging.  I am using 12 pound weights in this video.  If you select a weight and find that you still have gas in the tank at the end then next time select a heavier weight.




Since this strength training workout is only 10 minutes, it is the perfect addition to a cardio workout to ensure that you are also fitting in strength training.

Do these three Combo moves three times through for a total of 9 minutes.  Follow up with a one minute plank hold for a total of 10 minutes.




First Combo Move (1 minute):  Squats with a Shoulder Press


Second Combo Move (1 minute): Good Mornings with a Bicep Curl


Third Combo Move (30 seconds each side):  Lunges with Bentover Tricep Kickback
