Medicine Ball Core and Leg Workout
I love getting up early and having a great workout before the family gets moving. This morning I grabbed my medicine ball to focus on core and leg moves.
-Squat with press
-Squat with oblique twist
-Side lateral lunges (on both sides)
-Deadlift with one leg crunch
Do each move for one minute and repeat 2-3 times.
