Build a Butt! Medicine Ball Glute Workouts




In the last year, I have focused my personal fitness goals around building lean muscle......specifically to build a butt after 40! My fit modeling job basically depending on me making this happen or lose my job at some point.....when they would find a younger version of me with a higher rounder bum. lol. Funny, but true! As I've been working on building it, I've found this medicine ball routine to be simple but beneficial! I hope you'll give it a try with me.
