Sweet Potato Fries
A classic, but a good one: Sweet Potato Fries! Yes, I love to eat fries too and with a few tweaks and tips you can enjoy them as an awesome complex carb. Plus, what a great alternative for the kids and a tasty addition to any meal!
This recipe is super simple, but delicious! No fancy ingredients needed for this one, but plenty of flavor to enjoy.
Directions:
1. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
2. Wash and cut sweet potatoes into a fry shape
3. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the top
4. Lightly salt
5. Cook in a hot 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently to prevent any burning.
6. Top with sprinkled cinnamon(if desired) and enjoy!
